MEET CHANTELL
Chantell is a seasoned healthcare executive, entrepreneur, and growth strategist with over 25 years of experience. As the Founder and CEO of Preston Partners, she leverages her expertise to partner with organizations on strategic planning, leadership development, and business scaling. Previously, she served as the CEO of Facilities Management Group (FMG), overseeing multimillion-dollar healthcare facilities across the US. Under her leadership, FMG experienced record-breaking revenue growth and strategic diversification. Before that, she co-founded Mentis Neuro Health, where she played a key role in its expansion and successful private equity acquisition. A sought-after keynote speaker and host of the podcast "Get Real, Get Results", Chantell is passionate about authentic leadership, mental resilience, and empowering women in business. She challenges outdated leadership norms, encouraging professionals to embrace their strengths, take risks, and advocate for themselves.
